Manage a proactive manner the environmental aspects of its activities to protect air, water and soil, in accordance with the objectives and targets. Seek continual improvement of management and environmental performance is a responsibility of TIG and all its employees, which reinforces the Company's commitment with customers, suppliers and communities. Protecting the Environment and create solutions to improve it, preventing pollution. Constantly monitor all internal environmental protection aimed at continuous improvement, in accordance with environmental regulations. Give conditions for everyone to put into practice the decisions to protect the environment.
 

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY

The TIG provides a safe work environment and healthy in their facilities by taking appropriate measures to prevent accidents and injury to workers' health.

Objectives:

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations on medicine and safety at work;
• Keep employees informed about the risks in the workplace, the means to prevent and limit such risks and the measures adopted;
• Establish cooperation in dealings with employees by results of medical and environmental assessments.
• Make use of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
• Actively participate in decisions on security and improving the work environment;
